Yes. I work with the bookkeeping workflows common to boat repair shops, marine mechanics, small boatyards, and marine parts-and-service operations.
Can you connect operational software activity with QuickBooks?+
Yes. I review the financial information behind work orders, purchasing, vendor bills, invoices, deposits, and payments so QuickBooks reflects what happened operationally.
Which software do you work with?+
QuickBooks Online is the primary accounting platform. I am familiar with aviation workflows involving Quantum MX and CORRIDOR, and marine workflows involving systems such as DockMaster and Lightspeed DMS.
Do you work with businesses outside aviation and marine?+
Yes. Those are my primary specialties, but I also provide monthly and cleanup bookkeeping for other small businesses.
Do you prepare tax returns or provide CPA services?+
No. I provide bookkeeping and financial-record support. I can coordinate with your CPA or tax preparer when the scope calls for it.

Core monthly bookkeeping starts at $350 per month. Specialized bookkeeping starts at $450, and advanced aviation work starts at $850. Final pricing depends on volume and complexity.
Do you work remotely?+
Yes. Remote bookkeeping is available nationwide, with local service available throughout Southern California.
